3-Dec-2017: An Exchange
“And my God will liberally supply (fill until full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus” – PHILIPPIANS 4:19
Take sometime today and write down your need. Look at those needs and proclaim, “You were met way before you arised in my life, at the cross. Jesus exchanged this lack and gave His abundance”.
If this need of yours is what will speak volumes of glory when it is met, Jesus will not just meet it but “fill it to the full”. This means the solution to your need will be uncontainable. He is able to do more than you can ask for and becasue He gave His life in exchange for you, engrave it deep down, ‘He has met this need before it popped up in your life’. Thank Him, and rejoice for this is the will of God.

He is “More than able, to do much more than I could ever dream”
Thank you for this reminder!

“He has met this need before it popped up in your life” <== So true! We don't always know how He will meet our need, but we can trust that He will.

This is also such a great reminder that our needs are not the same as our wants!

What a great practice! Needs over wants! Our God is so good and what He wills for our lives should align with what we “need” and “want”.

Great reminder! We get so focused on our wants, especailly around the holidays. We should be focusing on surrendering our needs to God.

It’s amazing to think that God has already supplied the needs of our future. I’m thankful He has already been there for me and knows just when I need that special blessing.

I am so grateful that God is keenly aware of our needs. Without Him, life is a wilderness.

I am so blessed that God knows what I need and when I need it. We just have to make sure we don’t confuse wants with needs.

God has provided for our needs way before we ever knew we needed them. That is so true! Praise God for Jesus and how we can glorify Him in our lives.

“Jesus will not just meet it but “fill it to the full”. This means the solution to your need will be uncontainable.” What an incredible thought! This is salvation; this is the gospel. His provision in our lack.

I love that confession. It is faith-building and we need that faith to hold on no matter what we see subsequently.

Thank you for this reminder! Many times I feel like I am not able or it’s too difficult, but I need to remember whose I am and what He can do!
