“And my God will liberally supply (fill until full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus”- PHILIPPIANS 4:19
Take sometime today and write down your need. Look at those needs and proclaim, “You were met way before you arised in my life, at the cross. Jesus exchanged this lack and gave His abundance”.
He is able to do more than you can ask for. Be assured totally, ‘He has met this need before it popped up in your life’.
- Even when the tax money was not fair, He still got the fish to bring it for Him.
- Even when it was just beyond count to feed more than 5000 people, He blessed the fives loaves and two fish.
- Even when the prominent resource ran out for a wedding event; He brought relief to all by turning ordinary water into “the best” wine ever.
From personal to “for others”, Jesus met it all according to His riches in Glory. What then makes us doubt? What makes us worry? What makes us remain sad? Nothing should! In all these wonders, there is only one common aspect, “heed to His voice”. His voices eliminates confusion, darkness and oppression; by shinning the Light of Love. Nothing then, can stop anything great from showing up for us.
I love this verse and have it underlined in my Bible – but yet it is so easily forgotten and I let worry creep in. I need to journal my needs, give them to Him, and remember He can and will meet each and every one of them!! Thanks for the reminder!

Knowing that God will meet all of our needs is encouraging. It’s hard to wait, though, when we have an unmet need and are suffering because of it. God in His perfect timing resolves all things, and we need to be patient.

Oh my gosh. This was so on time for me. I am facing having surgery that no woman wants. On top of that, we are in the waiting period – waiting for our Christian health insurance to get back to us about how much they will cover. I’ve got to just give it to God and let it go.

Love this idea that my needs are met even before I realize my needs! He’s a good, good father, isn’t He?

I think we also have to have the lesson in the differences between wants and needs. God meets all of our needs. And even that is completely unmerited.

I love how you focus on the fact that God knew what was coming before you were ever aware of it.
