Who told you?

“And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?”” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭3:11‬ ‭

To many of us He’s asking still,

“Who told you that you don’t measure up?
Who told you that you are not special?
Who told you that you aren’t good?
Who told you that you aren’t worthy?
Who told you that you aren’t important?
Who told you that your work will not bear fruit?
Who told you that you will not reflect my Glory?
Who told you that you will not be forgiven?
Who told you that you are a curse?
Who told you that you don’t fit in?
Who told you that I don’t love you?

“Have you been talking to the one you are supposed to crush? Have you been eating the fruit of negativity? Have you been hiding from my presence of Glory?”

Child,

I Am to you all that you need. Nothing will separate us, for the price was paid on the cross.
You measure up always, for you are the one I came after.
I have accepted you – you are not an orphan.
I am Your Goodness- I prepare a table for you in the midst of your enemies.
I am your Worth, your eternal guarantee.
I Am your Fruitfulness, your Redeemer, your Defender, your Prince of Peace, your Faithful Friend, your Answer and your Everlasting love.

Walk into this day knowing you are my Favorite. You are love, for I abide in you. Believe and take my hand, let’s together show the aching ones what it means to be with us. Let’s be patient and win them over. Let’s be kind and show them compassion. Let’s be forgiving and show them salvation.

“God said, Let Us [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] make mankind in Our image, after Our likeness, and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the [tame] beasts, and over all of the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. Genesis‬ ‭1:26‬ ‭

  1. “I Am to you all that you need.” – Such an important reminder. We can seek and seek other things to fill up and produce happiness or comfort but it will never compare to all that we have in God!
