To the Greatest Authority
“The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only SPEAK A WORD, and my servant will be healed.” Matthew 8:8
Yesterday we saw how a centurion marveled Jesus with love kind of faith for his servant.
Let’s get into a little more detail today. The centurion said, “Lord I am not worthy to have you come under my roof. I am also a man of authority and when I say come, or go, it’s done accordingly. How much more for You, who has every authority!”
Th centurion humbles himself before the Lordship of Jesus even though He is a man of great authority. You see, it’s the humility at even the highest titles that brings God’s plans, and purposes to fruition.

When compassion and humility goes hand in hand, Heaven is sure to intervene on your behalf. Considering the least, respecting the aged and humbling yourself before the greatest authority, eliminates hopelessness and opens door for miracles.
