When He Hears
“Before they call I will answer; while they are still speaking I will hear” – Isaiah 65: 24
We were never made to co-exist in a realm of unanswered prayers.
Never be disappointed with God. He never dashes your expectations, neither is He a God who flatters you with false promises. He alone keeps and accomplishes every promise destined for us, even before the foundations of the world.
Your prayers will not hit a roof and bounce back; it will accomplish every purpose of God- which are good and hopeful. In the silence of your heart, you will hear His tenderness speak and tell you, “Be prepared I am about to open a new door that pours the treasures of Heaven as four different streams. It will be more than you have asked for, way more than you have imagined and bigger than what you have heard”.

I am so thankful we have a God who cares for us, and always hears our prayers.

Our loving savior longs for us to draw near to Him in prayer – to draw near with confidence as beloved children who KNOW their daddy will answer!

I love these truths! Yes, God hears all of our prayers. It is our limited understanding of what is best for us and for the people and world around us that feels like the prayers are not being answered in the way or time that we desire. But God always knows best!

This post made me think of Lysa’s quote, “God is good. God is good at being God. God is good to me.”

I needed this encouraging word today. God will always do abundantly beyond all that we can ask or think, if we can just hold on!
