Fingerprints of God

Standing and worshiping the Lord of hosts;
I knew well, that something was not right,
When the sudden severe pain erupted from within.

I cried out to my Jehovah with all my strength,
“Father when will, I be set free,
When am I going to walk under open heaven?”

Weeping unceasingly I fell on to my knees;
Oh, I could not bear that hint of immorality,
That pinch of sin which kept me from desiring His goodness.

But when the testimony of deliverance was spoken by a young sister;
I grabbed it with all my heart and pleaded to my King of kings,
“Lord, may this be my day of rescue”.

What happened next shocked me like never before;
I could not comprehend what was happening inside of me,
I could not figure out why I screamed my lungs out.

But then, my heavenly Father reached down to me from His throne;
Wrapping me with His affectionate embrace,
He pulled me out of “deep waters”.

The boundary lines of sin shattered like the walls of Jericho;
And my Savior revealed the path of life to me,
Promising me a beautiful and splendorous inheritance.

He made me a masterpiece among His creations;
Now I am covered with the fingerprints of God;
Fashioned by His hands and perfectly planned,
To be a complete perfection of HIS Image!
